We went to Churchill Downs to participate in family day. You got to ride your first horse and wander around the paddock area surrounded by kids and toys and activities. We shared a cheeseburger for lunch (you mostly ate the fries) and generally had a grand ol’ time. Despite how good you’re getting at walking, you’re usually still game to be held. Uncle Derek came into town to help dada with the new house, and lots of fun was had by all.
